Reporting an error in a card term
Tell us which page, which term, and where the retailer says otherwise if you have a link. Terms change often and reader corrections are the fastest way we hear about it.
What we cannot help with
We are not a retailer and have no access to any gift card system. We cannot look up your balance, restore a lost card, or resolve a dispute. For any of those, contact the retailer directly — each guide lists the relevant phone number.
Never send us a gift card number or PIN. We have no use for them and no way to protect them. If you have already sent those digits to a site that asked for them, call the retailer immediately and report the card.
